Well, for tonight simply adovo lang ang kukelya ketch.  Upon checking the ref, I discovered two fat blocks of tokwa (or tofu). So I sliced them up to a tolerable size and quartered them into triangles. Oh, sushyale? Fried them to a crisp while chopping up a whole garlic head. Then, readied the chicken breast fillet by salting it up bit. Took a cup of white vinegar into a small pot and roll boiled it. Habang aligaga ang browning ng mga tokwa; getch naman akey ng cup kung saan ay hinanda ko na ang sauce ala-Xixi : water, soy sauce (kikkoman for that ‘angas’ taste); konting hoisin sauce at worcestershire.  Shinunggalya ketch munetch ang browned tofu, tapos doon na rin nilagak (nilagak talaga?) ang garlic, habang nangangamoy bawang na ang byuti ko , unti-unti ko na ring putelya ang breast fillet pieces.  Taz, pagkabrown ng konti, sinimulan ko nang paliguan ng sauce ko… paliguan as in unti-unting nilagay.  Sa unang paghupa, put ko uli ang natirang sauce at habang pahupa (as in nauubos na ang sabaw) kasabay ng prefried tofu then  binuhusan ko ng  pinakuluang vinegar. Konting wait hanggang humupa uli. Pagmedyo okey na sa paningin, budburan ng konting paminta at ipamalita na sa buong kaharian na puede nang kumain any monument!  Sa pagkakataong ito, pinarisan ito ng bulanglang.  FangLaHeyHey na!!!!
