CATANDAYAGAN FALLS : HEAVENLY SUMMER GET-AWAY!

Albay-Masbate–Sorsogon Tourism Alliance reports : It’s not everyday you see a waterfalls fall through the sea. Branded as one of the most beautiful falls in the province, the high single-tiered shaped waterfalls is also home to wild animals, exotic flowers lush vegetation and down its base multi-colored fishes cavort.  Catandayagan Falls is a horsetail waterfall with a 60 foot vertical drop. The stream cascades down a smooth rock bed with little agitation and crashes into an almost stagnant water at the base. The waterfall is accessible, only an hour’s boat ride from the provincial capital, and is one of the most alluring sites you will see in the province of Masbate.  Catandayagan Falls is in Ticao Island, Monreal, Masbate.
