TERENCE BAYLON : NAGKAMALAY NA SI JUNJUN!

Of course , talamak na isa sa famous lines in Philippine movies ang pasalampak na pagbigkas ni Vilma Santos sa “Ipagpatawad Mo” ng :  ” Lagi na lang si Junjun, ang walang malay na si JunJun! ” (or something to that effect).  Dumanak ang luha sa mga sinehan noon at awang-awa tayong lahat sa autistic child character na si JUNJUN.  Hindi rin matawaran ang akting ni “Junjun” dahil not once, not twice but four times siyang nanalo ng award ! Imagine: 1991 FAMAS Best Child Actor,  1991 Film Academy of the Philippines , Best Child Actor  1991 Star Awards Best Child Actor ,1991 Gawad Urian Nomination Best Supporting Actor lang naman!  Ang batang iyon ay si TERENCE BAYLON. Si Terence Baylon na nagkamalay na syempre dahil bente syete na siya ngayon at paudlot-udlot na bumabalik sa kinalakhang industriyang ito.  Yes, Ate Vi … bumalik nga si Terence at siya ay napanood sa gay-themed TWILIGHT DANCERS at ilan pang indie na tumatalakay sa maselan nguni’t nakakakiliting tema na sekswal.  Sa kasalukuyan ay abala si Terence sa kanyang sariling negosyo at laging bukas sa anumang acting offers!NARITO ANG FB INFO NI TERENCE : Terence Baylon used to be a child actor with 3 major acting awards for best child actor in the film Ipagpatawad Mo. He won FAMAS, Film Academy of the Philippines, and STAR awards best child actor category in 1992. He is the only child actor who won 3 consecutive awards in a certain category within a year, earning him a grand slam title. At the age of 12, Terence Baylon quit show business in 1996 to pursue his studies in Cebu.

Making a return in the limelight using his real name, Terence Baylon made a comeback movie titled I Wanna Be Happy together with Eddie Garcia, Cherry Pie Picache, Diana Zubiri, and Gloria Romero. He also appeared in the movie Twilight Dancers as a macho dancer. This film was shown internationally and was nominated in the Toronto Film Festival. He was also casted together with Cristine Reyes and Mike Tan in the movie Barang. The trio must fight for their lives in this nail-biting supernatural thriller movie from the Philippines.

He was also casted in Now & Forever Linlang together with Polo Ravales, Lorna Tolentino, Diana Zubiri, and Rudy Fernandez. He is Ricky in the said teleserye.

He was one of the challengers together with his partner Diana Zubiri in Extra Challenge hosted by Paolo Bediones. The episode was titled pakners.

Based on an interview with S-files, Terence Baylon was accused as a male hosto in the Philippines before he made a comeback. However, Terence denied it on screen and revealed to the audience that he worked before in Japan as an entertainer doing hostings and special presentation dance numbers with the abstract dancers and streetboys.

Terence Baylon appeared on Tweetbiz QTV Channel 11 second week of May 2010. He is planning to make a comeback based on an interview with Justine, one of the host of the show.
