So, ilang araw na akong walang tulog.
“Nang magkaroon ako ng time to sleep, beep nang beep ang cellphone ko. So, beep siya nang beep. Natutulog ako, magbi-beep, from Piolo.
“So, what I did was I sent ‘Piolo off’ sa K-text para tumigil na ’yung pagpapadala ng message sa akin.
Halatang masaya at nasa mood si Ruffa that night, dahil as we all know, nakaraos na ang mga magulang niyang sina Eddie Gutierrez at Annabelle Rama sa kani-kanilang operasyon.
“Siyempre, teary-eyed din ako, ‘Ma, can you please stop that?’ Ako raw ang papalit sa role niya. Sabi ko, teka muna, I have two kids pa to feed, ’no?

THE male stars in the OctoArts Filmfest entry “One Night Only” were asked who among the actresses in the film they’d like to have for “One Night Only.” Ricky Davao, Paolo Contis and Joross Gamboa all chose Alessandra de Rossi and not the more boobsy Katrina Halili, Diana Zubiri, Valerie Concepcion or Jennylyn Mercado who’s in the U.S.
“Well, thank you, feeling ko, ang haba ng hair ko,” says Alex. “Nakakatakang ako napili, e I’m not well-endowed naman like my co-stars.
Does she intend to have it augmented later? “Ay, hindi ‘no. Never naging issue for me na I have small boobs, just like ‘yung kulay ko na sinasabi nilang magpa-skin whitening ako.
Paolo says the reason is that Alex is so talkative.
In “One Night Only,” Paolo plays a horny movie actor who beds his fans. Alex plays a promdi fan who he takes to a motel thinking she’s a virgin “manang.” “But I get the surprise of my life dahil ang inakala kong tatahi-tahimik at walang alam, siya palang kilabot sa kama.
How does Alex feel working with Kapuso stars again? “It’s nice to be working with them again but I have no regrets about moving to ABS. Walang tigil ang projects nila for me. I was in ‘Betty La Fea’ and I already did two episodes of ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya’, then I was also in ‘Pieta’ and I’m doing another soap soon.
